The
Founder of TLC Full Gospel is Jerry L. Macon, Jr. He is married to his ministry partner and best friend, Tiffany S. Macon.
They are called to Father the Fatherless and to minister to youth and families; Together, they hope to encourage, uplift,
and help people get to their God given, God appointed destiny. Pastor Macon was born in and graduated High School from Indianapolis,
Indiana, with many of his developmental years spent near Shreveport, Louisiana. He is also an Army veteran and while in the
National Guard, he became a military officer, later resigning his commission to enter a teacher certification program. Pastor
Macon has also served youth and/or their families in some official capacity for over eighteen years. Currently he
resides in Dallas, Texas. Pastor Macon is an ordained Minister, Reading/Special Education Teacher, a husband, and a father
of five beautiful children. As a result, TLC is a church dedicated to mentoring people who “want” to be mentored
in living the “God kind of life, made possible through the blood sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ and the guidance
of the Holy Spirit.(1 Timothy 3 chapter)
Our Co Pastor, Tiffany S. Macon, has been blessed by God with an administrative
anointing that assists the church with the God kind of structure and order that contributes to an environment of true
healing, deliverance, and growth in Jesus Christ. She has worked in church administration for nearly 15 years with roles
in education, finance and Human Resources. She also has a Human Resource certification through Eastfield College of Mesquite,
Texas and full ordination through Trinity Love Church Full Gospel in partnership with Harvest Prayer Center, Indianapolis,
Indiana (Pastors G.E. and Wanda Studdard) and Gospel Ministers and Churches International. She is now attending Eastfield
Community College of Dallas, Texas to get her Associate Degree in Science with a field of study in Business.
